If there is one thing that can aptly narrate Mr Rajeev Gupta’s journey from being a Tax officer to a thought leader and public speaker, while trudging many a path as Educationist, Counselor, Motivator, Learner, Changer and Torch Bearer is the fact that “ the very basic core of a man’s living spirit is his passion for adventure”. With energy so passionate, that it still burns like the stamina of a 25 year old with added advantage of 25 year of experience.

Mr Rajeev Gupta started his career as Finance officer in Government of Bihar and Jharkhand and served for more than 21 years in different capacity which ended with him taking VRS while positioned as Treasury officer at Ranchi, Jharkhand.

He did LLB (Law) and Exe. MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi (2011-13) while in service and was awarded as “Best Outgoing Student with Gold Medal”, at the age of 45. Later he worked in JSW Steel ltd for 3 years and is currently associated with PwC to look after GST implementation project in Jharkhand.

His dynamism as an influencer has provided him with an innate ability to connect with people and an experience transferor. So he traversed the path of public speaking and delivering guest lectures on GST and other topics at IITs ,IIMs, IICM (Coal Management), HEC Ltd, MECON Ltd, SAIL and other public and private sector institutions. He has also been a key-note speaker in events organised by ASSOCHAM, CII, PHD and ICC Industry Association on various themes from the state of Indian economy to startups and entrepreneurship. He is also working closely with grass-root level entrepreneurs connected to “village” to transform them into “Smart Village” and to bring changes in society via cycling as a motivational hobby.
