Najaf is a senior banker with close to two decades of valuable experience in the financial services industry.

Domain expertise includes private banking, ultra high net worth (UHNI) client management, retail banking, government banking & business strategy.

Having worked with both large Indian as well as multinational banks across Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Mumbai & Madhya Pradesh. Prior to the ICICI group, he has had extensive stints with HSBC Bank & IDBI Bank.

Najaf is a management graduate and is in the executive committee of CII-Yi, UP Chapter. He has been an executive committee member of Lucknow Management Association an affiliate body of All India Management Association.

He is also associated with Amity University and Jaipuria Institute of Management as a guest speaker and regularly engages with management students on career related discussions and also as a motivational speaker at various industry and academic forums.

Najaf also contributes his time with Aghaaz Foundation which works in the field of underprivileged children education & upliftment. He has been an avid quizzer & debater all through and is also a recipient of the UP State Government scholarship for post graduate studies.
